Huh?

I was lying on bed around 1pm after my midday siesta still contemplating if I should get up or just roll over and enjoy the peaceful laziness.

For a split second, everything goes pitch black! and in that brief moment I really and truly panicked.

Then I realized that I had just blinked. whew.

Now is it just me, or was my reaction just very weird?

I think is just you...
Your physical reactions were moving faster then your brain. That make sense? Must be the sleep.

Hmm that does make sense. My instinct reactions went into gare before my brain actually realized whats going on.

I'm thinking it's the meds too lol

I would say the meds made you feel so. I like some meds because it can cause us to feel less connected to our pain, and some people. Other meds can cause us to think our blink is us becoming extinct. We must accept what the med-gods has blessed us with and take them regularly...the meds I mean. As a great philosopher once said around 521 B.C. "What is one man's side effect is another man's cure." Personally, I won't say your reaction was weird. However, I think you should check the label and see if it states "can cause blinks to be out of synch with your thoughts." I hope you don't find this event to be troubling since I have been blinking without thinking for quite a few years and still have nothing to show for it :)

freal eh!

"can cause blinks to be out of synch with your thoughts."

I'll take a look for that.

Good thing is that im blinking normally again...with no 5 second intervals of hyperventillation :)
